GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): More than 2,000 metric tons of plums have been harvested from 260 orchards in southern Ghazni province, agriculture officials said on Saturday.
Abdul Wali Kochi, Ghazni's director of agriculture, said there were four varieties of plums in the province and the most famous was Dil Ganjshak which has international market.
He said Ghazni prune was exported to India, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.
