KABUL Food Program (WFP) has won the Nobel Peace Prize for its campaign to combat a surge in global hunger amid the coronavirus pandemic.
On Friday, the Nobel committee said that the work of the United Nations agency to address hunger had laid the foundations for peace in conflict-hit nations.
