4 civilians killed in Nangarhar blast

JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Four civilians were killed in a roadside blast in the Khogyani district of eastern Nangarhar province on Sunday, an official said.

Attaullah Khogyani, the governor spokesperson, said the blast happened on a Saracha type vehicle in the Zavae locality this afternoon.

He said the mine was planted by the Taliban and claimed the lives of common people.

Abdul Raqib, the resident of locality, confirmed the incident and added civilians had been killed in the blast.
