KABUL (Pajhwok): A retired colonel in the Ministry of Defense, Abdul Matin Suleimankhel, says he was sent to an “active precautionary” post and then forcibly retired.
Suleimankhel, 40, said he had studied at Kabul Military University and had served in various parts of the country for the past 20 years under the MoD framework.
He said he was serving in Paktia province about two months ago and from there he was transferred to the MoD reserved post and later he was retired on February 3.
Suleimankhel provided a copy of his retirement to Pajhwok.
