KABUL (Pajhwok): Over $100 million financial losses inflicted as a result of fire incident in the Islam Qala Port while million dollars lost due to money changers protest, the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment (ACCI) said on Monday.
According to ACCI negligence committed by officials and massive corruption in custom office was the main cause of the fire, asking the government to compensate the losses of businessmen otherwise they will go on strike the way money exchangers had gone.
