KABUL (Pajhwok): The Afghan government is working on a strategy to manage underground water and the plan is being enforced soon, an official on Wednesday.
National Water Management Authority Head Eng. Khan Mohammad Takal said this while addressing a meeting attended by high ranking officials of the ministries of Urban Development, Rural Rehabilitation, Agriculture and the Higher Education.
At the meeting, a presentation on the management of underground water was debated. The presentation was prepared on the basis of resolution between different government entities.
