KABUL (Pajhwok): A number of women have launched a tree plantation campaign in Kabul as part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL)’s initiative.
MAIL at the beginning of the campaign called on Afghan women to contribute to the greenery of the country.
The campaign titled “Green Women” with the Slogan “Saplings of Peace and Greenery” was launched today by MAIL in KololaPushta hill of Kabul city.
AmanullahAmanyar, director of Natural Resources at MAIL, said according to a presidential decree, the saplings plantation campaign would be launched in 34 provinces of Afghanistan and today’s campaign . . .
