KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) on Saturday said 81 new positive Covid-19 cases were registered in the last 24 hours in the country.
The ministry in a statement said 1,190 people underwent tests since Saturday and the virus was detected in 81 people, pushing the overall tally to 56,676.
It said 53 cases were detected in Nangarhar, 8 in Laghman, 7 in Kandahar, 6 in Kabul, 5 in Kunar one each in Logar and Nimroz provinces.
