KABUL (Pajhwok): Worldwide Covid-19 infections have reached 135 million with 31.8 million cases in the United States alone, media reports said.
The virus was initially detected in the Wuhan city of China before it spread to 200 countries and regions around the globe.
The pandemic has been controlled in many countries while a large number of other states have reported the second wave of the disease.
International sources say the coronavirus infections hit the 135 million mark on Sunday.
