KABUL (Pajhwok): At least 303 new Covid-19 cases and 11 deaths have been recorded in Afghanistan in the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Public Health said on Tuesday.
The ministry said 1,809 people underwent tests during the past 24 hours and the virus was detected in 303 people, pushing the overall tally to 64,122.
Of the fresh cases, 125 were recorded in Kabul, 42 in Kandahar, 18 each in Nangarhar and Helmand, 16 in Balkh, 10 in Uruzgan, nine in Laghman, seven each in Herat, Kunduz, Nimroz and Maidan Wardak, six in Ghazni, five each in . . .
