KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has announced the resumption of Covid-19 vaccination process, saying citizens above the age of 55 and with chronic illness would be given priority.
The Covid-19 vaccination drive was stopped on June 7 due to lack of vaccine.
MoPH spokesman, DastagirNazari on Saturday said they had received a consignment of 700,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccine from the neighboring China and that the drive would resume today on June 12, 2021.
Nazari added citizens above the age of 55 and those with chronic illness are being prioritized in the drive . . .
