SHARANA (Pajhwok): Dozens of children whose fathers have been killed in the conflict call for peace and their education in southeatern Paktika province.
The orphaned children received food and non-food items from Paktika Khabarial Foundation here on Tuesday.
One of the children, 9-year-old Zahra, told Pajhwok Afghan News that her father had been killed in a bomb blast a year ago.
“I have my mother and other children at home, I am the eldest, we have nothing to eat or drink, I beg in the city every day to find something for the night”, she said.
