SHARANA (Pajhwok): A child in the Mata Khan district of southeastern Paktika province after being left alone at home for seven days due to fighting has developed mental illness.
Ali Mohammad, an 11-year-old boy, is a native of Mata Khan district, which is 15 kilometers from Sharana, the provincial capital, where fighting between government forces and the Taliban has been ongoing for the past 25 days.
