KABUL (Pajhwok): The National Information and Statistics Authority (NISA) on Wednesday said distribution of Electronic National Identity Card (E-NIC) for individuals who had completed biometric process before August 14 will begin on Saturday.
A statement from the NSIA said: “Applicants who completed their biometric process before August 12 are urged to refer to the Sara-e-Shamali Complex of E-NIC and get their printed ENICs.”
This comes as after the fall of President Ghani government on August 15 all government and non-governmental organisations stopped functioning and the e-NIC offices were also shut.
