Acting PM Hassan briefed on economic, foreign affairs

KABUL (Pajhwok): Deputy Acting Prime Minister Abdul Salaam Hanif and Acting Foreign Minister Ameer Khan Muttaqi has briefed Prime Minister Mohammad Hassan Akhund on latest economic and foreign affairs, according to a statement on Tuesday.

During a cabinet meeting the Ministry of Higher Education was ordered to ensure capacity building in universities and improving standard and private universities were ordered to recruit students after completing necessary requirement.

Relevant commissions were directed to examine the activities of NGOs and make sure that all proceedings are taking place in line with the Islamic Emirate principles.

The cabinet also ordered the reconstruction of markets at Nader Pashton Avenue and a commission was tasked to monitor the activities.
