KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): A school affiliated with the education department of Kandahar province charged 500 afghanis for the 12th grade graduation certificate while the official fee ranges between 200 and 300 afghanis.
The 12th grade graduate was presented to the Youth Alliance, which tried to contact the Department of Education and related high schools to investigate the case.
However, the department and the schools said they were not allowed to take pictures of the relevant people. Also, they did not turn up to attend a meeting with the youth.
After repeated visits of Youth Alliance members, the case was shared . . .
