KABUL (Pajhwok): The National Statistics and Information Authority (NSIA) collected over 103 million afs from the distribution of computerised national identity cards (CNIC) in Kabul in the past five months, an official said on Saturday.
NSIA spokesman Mohammad Haleem Rafi said: “CNIC distribution resumed on October 26, 2021 and we collected 103610720 afs in the past five months.”
He said Revenue Departments collected their incomes at the provincial level and the final report would be published at the end of the year.
Currently, the official added, CNIC offices were active in 21 provinces -- Kabul, Nangarhar, Kunar, Paktia, Paktika, Khost, Logar . . .
