PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): People in Baghlan, Badakhshan, Takhar, Samangan and Kunduz provinces are being distributed 6000 tonnes of wheat in return for work.
The governor of Baghlan province, Qari Bakhtiar Maz, who was in the province to observe the process of transporting wheat from Pul-i-Khumri to the provinces, told the media that the wheat would be distributed to people in return for work.
