KUNDUZ CITY (Pajhwok): A number of people with visual impairment in northeastern Kunduz province on Wednesday asked the government to address their economic problems and provide them with education and job opportunities.
The blind people complained that bad economic situation from one side and disability from another have added to their challenges and made their life difficult.
Zabihullah, a blind man in Kunduz, said: "We call on the government to make it easier for us to work and study. We must be accepted in society, no one in the society care about us and they even harass and humiliate us . . .
