MAIDAN SHAHR (Pajhwok): A woman has given birth to conjoined twins in the Chak district of central Maidan Wardak province.
Born on Thursday after a surgery, the two baby boys have separate bodies, but share the stomach, the public health department said.
Their mother was in stable condition.
The statement quoted the public health, according to a statement from the department.
The public health director said: “The boys share the stomach and they are in good health. They have sent to Kabul separating their stomachs.”
