KABUL (Pajhwok): The Kabul Municipality has prevented the usurpation of 80 acres of state land in the 6th police district of Kabul.
Niamatullah Barakzai, spokesman for the Kabul Municipality, said the land was located in Alokhel area.
He alleged some opportunists, taking advantage of Eid holidays, wanted to occupy the land. But the attempt was frustrated.
Barakzai explained the land was currently under the municipality’s oversight and no one would be allowed to grab it.
