KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): Despite electricity shortage and other issues in southern Kandahar province, a huge poultry feed making factory has been functioning and dispatched poultry feed to 15 provinces, including Kabul.
Watan Factory is located in the Industrial Park of Kandahar City and its production stopped 90 percent import of the poultry feed from foreign countries.
Abdul Sammad, the factory owner told Pajhwok Afghan News the factory was established at the cost of four million afs and currently 100 people were directly employed and thousand others were benefited indirectly.
