SAR-I-PUL CTY (Pajhwok): Some residents of Sar-i-Pul City, the capital of northern Sar-i-Pul province, claim to have purchased a piece of land from the past government 12 years ago but they are yet to be handed over their plots.
They say, residents of Fardi, Qazi Gaiti and Qarghan Tapa area purchased plots from the previous government 12 years ago and deposited 200,000 afs against each plot to the bank but they were not provided their plots.
They said the government bought their land in 2009 to construct buildings for police headquarters, Teachers Training . . .
