PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): The head of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) for northeastern zone has said about 800,000 people in Baghlan province are in urgent need of humanitarian assistance.
Alice Bescondley said about 800,000 people in the province were in emergency need of humanitarian assistance, according to a survey conducted by Baghlan government officials and aid agencies.
