KABUL (Pajhwok): A number of car owners in capital Kabul say they are charged more than the fixed price at some roadside stops, but the municipality insists if it is proved that the contractor is charging extra money, his contract will be canceled.
The Kabul Municipality announced about a month ago that roadside parking contractors should charge 30 afghanis per hour.
