KABUL (Pajhwok): Kabul and Moscow are all set to hold talks in Moscow today (August 15) on Russian oil and food deliveries to Afghanistan.
Headed by the headed minister of industry and commerce, a delegation of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is in Moscow for negotiations on the purchase of essential commodities, including fuel.
Russian Ambassador to Afghanistan Dmitry Zhirnov said Minister Nooruddin Azizi and the team led by him would meet their hosts in Moscow.
