JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Residents of the Lalpur district of eastern Nangarhar province are complaining about low quality of telecommunications services, saying the issue has made their lives difficult.
Telecom services are weak in Chaknoor, Rina, Parchao and Palosi areas of Lalpur district.
Qaribullah, a resident of Chaknoor area, told Pajhwok that when someone dies, the grieving family could not inform their relatives because the phone network does not working in their area.
“Telecom networks are not working in the Lalpur district and sometimes people climb mountains and high places for making a call,” he added.
