JALALABAD (Pajhwok): The Nangarhar University awarded an honorary doctorate to acting Minister of Higher Education Abdul Baqi Haqqani on Tuesday.
Nangarhar University Chancellor Dr. Khalil Ahmad Behsudwal conferred the honorary degree of law and jurisprudence on Haqqani during a gathering at the university auditorium.
Dr. Behsudwal termed Nangarhar University one of the best higher educational institutions in the country and demanded the return of the university’s grabbed land and the completion of construction projects.
