KABUL (Pajhwok): Another package of 40 million US dollars as part of the international community’s humanitarian assistance arrived in Kabul on Wednesday, the central bank said.
Da Afghanistan Bank tweeted that the fresh 40 million US dollars aid was deposited in a commercial bank in Kabul.
The bank urged the international community to interact and cooperate with Afghanistan in other banking areas as well.
It said sending humanitarian aid through the banking sector ensures transparency and facilitates the delivery of humanitarian aid to the people in need.
