KABUL (Pajhwok): Russian President’s Special Envoy for Afghanistan Zamir Kabalov has said that acting Afghan government delegation may not take part in the upcoming meeting on Afghanistan which will be held in Moscow, according to a media report on Friday.
According to reports the regional meeting on Afghanistan is expected in the middle of November.
Tass News Agency reported Kabalov saying that representative of the ‘Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA)’ may participate in the upcoming meeting on Afghanistan.
Representatives from Russia, China, India, Iran, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan were expected to participate in the meeting.
