KABUL (Pajhwok): US Chargé d’Affaires Karen Decker on Tuesday arrived in Tajikistan’s capital Dushanbe to attend the 10th Herat Security Dialogue.
The Afghanistan Institute of Strategic Studies (AISS) on its twitter handle wrote that the two-day event will begin in Dushanbe on November 29-30.
Decker tweeted that the dialogue provides a “great opportunity” to exchange views on the situation in Afghanistan. According to her, representatives from Afghanistan, Tajikistan, regional countries, and the EU will attend the conference.
