KABUL (Pajhwok): Over 330 property dealers’ offices have been closed in capital Kabul due to the absence of legal document to operate, according to a statement on Thursday.
The Department of Property Dealers and Application Writers Affairs during the past six months inspected 1,554 property dealers offices situated in different municipal districts of capital Kabul.
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in its statement added during the inspection process 332 property dealers offices were closed over having no work license, conducting deals on the bases of fake documents, creation of wings and illegal transfer from one place to another.
He statement added that 107 out of the banned property dealers had been given permission to operate after the promised reforms.
The ministry said hat 187 property dealer offices had been advised on the bases of different issues.
During the period 24 complaints of applicants had been addressed and the guarantee of 40 property dealer offices had been issued from the Wasaeq Court.
Fifty-three property dealer offices the licenses of which were revoked had been identified and four of them were persecuted after probe.
