PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): The price of chicken meat has jumped by 100 afghanis from 180afs to 280afs per kilogram in the past two weeks in northern Baghlan province, poultry meat sellers say.
Fida Mohammad, a seller of chicken meat in Pul-i-Khumri city, the capital of Baghlan, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the price of one kilogram of chicken meat had increased by 100 afghanis.
He said,two weeks ago, the price of one kilogram of chicken meat was 180afs, but it surged to 280afs.
Shah Rahim, another seller of chicken meat, also confirmed the 100 afghanis increase . . .
