KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has said the region is interested in economic integration through Afghanistan, adding great opportunities between Afghanistan and Pakistan were wasted due to problems in their relations.
Speaking at the Institute of Strategic Studies in Islamabad, Muttaqi requested the Pakistani government and the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) to sit together for dialogue.
Heading a high level delegation, Muttaqi has been in Pakistan since last Friday.
