FARAH (Pajhwok): Officials say they returned 40 tankers of low-quality fuel from Iran during the past three days at Sheikh Abu Nasar Farahi port in western Farah province.

The port commissioner, Maulvi Syed Ahmad Sajid, told Pajhwok on Wednesday that border forces did not allow entry to 40 tankers carrying inferior quality oil from Iran in the last three days.

The Afghanistan National Standards Authority on its Twitter page today said 36 tankers of low-quality oil were sent back to Iran through the port of Farah province.

It is worth noting that the National Standards Authority returned more than 1,000 tanks of low-quality fuel to Iran in the past one year.
