QALA-I-NAW (Pajhwok): Entrepreneur Women in northwestern Badghis province have demanded support for their businesses during the launching of a special women bazaar in the province.
The bazaar was inaugurated on Sunday and would be opened for three days.
Atiah Tokhi, in charge of the women market in Qala-i-Naw, said the market was opened by the UNDP in coordination with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries to support women handicraft and other products.
Tokhi said six more women specific markets would be opened in Qala-i-Naw and two more in the districts.
