KABUL (Pajhwok): The 5th edition of the ACC men’s Emerging Teams Asia Cup is scheduled to take place in Sri Lanka from July 13 to July 23.
The tournament will feature eight Asian teams, with seven of them representing the ‘A’ teams of their respective countries.
Afghanistan will open their campaign against Oman on July 13, play their second match against Sri Lanka on 15 July and will take on Bangladesh on July 18.
The teams are divided into two groups. Afghanistan A has been placed in Group A along with host nation Sri Lanka A, Bangladesh A, and Oman A.
The second group consists of India, Nepal, UAE A and Pakistan A.
