QALA-I-NAW (Pajhwok): The construction of Qaisar-Laman section of the Ring Road has resumed in northwestern Badghis province and it would take three years to complete, an official said on Monday.
The Qaisar-Laman Ring Road is a vital transit project and considered part of the country’s ring road that connected northern part of the country with west and southwestern part. Earlier the construction work of this road was kicked off with the financial support of the World Bank but it was postponed.
