TALOQAN (Pajhwok): A sophisticated machine for tuberculosis diagnosis within an hour has been activated in a district hospital in northern Takhar province.
Dr. Abdul Qahar Ahmadi, director of public health, said the machine was had been installed at a cost of $30,000 in Rustaq district hospital
He added the machine could diagnose TB within an hour.
Residents of Mawra-i-Kokcha often complain about the lack of health facilities.
