KABUL (Pajhwok): The General Directorate of Passports will verify paper ID cards of those applying for passports under a cooperation agreement signed between the National Statistics and Information Agency and the Ministry of Interior on Thursday.
MoI spokesman Abdul Mateen Qani wrote on X that the agreement was signed between MoI administrative assistant Maulvi Noor Jalal Jalali and acting director of the National Statistics and Information Agency, Dr. Faqir Mohammad Ziyar.
Qani said the system of the General Department of Passport of the Ministry of Interior would be connected with the information system of the National Statistics and Information Agency . . .
