KABUL (Pajhwok): A drug-producing factory has been destroyed and four suspects have been arrested in the Dara-i-Sauf Payeen district of northern Samangan province, police said on Monday.
Maulvi Ehsanullah Muzamil, counter narcotics police chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News a crystal meth-producing lab found was destroyed during a special operation in the Tarnok village of the district.
He said 300 liters of acids and chemicals, 20 sacks of salt, lime and caustic soda and 500 metres of water pipes were recovered from the factory.
Without going into details, Muzamil said four people had been arrested in connection . . .
