PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): The Sindh government says it needs at least Rs2 billion for lodging thousands of undocumented foreigners, including Afghan nationals.
The provincial administration, which has set up three holding centres in Sindh, the amount is needed to provide inmates food and their transportation to home countries.
Home Minister Haris Nawaz said the provincial government would bear all expenses for deporting illegal migrants from Sindh.
He promised: “Special arrangements will be made at crossing points, including the provision of food, and special care for women, children and the elderly.”
