KABUL (Pajhwok): More than 6,000 refugees have returned to their country from Iran and Pakistan on Wednesday, the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation (MoRR) said.
On it Twitter handle, the MoRR wrote that 2,304 refugees deported by Pakistan and entered the county via Torkham on Wednesday.
Separately, over 3,000 refugees have returned from Iran to Afghanistan.
Islam Qala’s deputy Border Affairs head, said families and individuals were included in these persons. 445 persons were vulnerable and referred to the International Organisation of Migration for aid.
This comes that two days earlier nearly 4,000 Afghan refugees . . .
