LASHKARGAH (Pajhwok): A cotton mill has been inaugurated in Lashkargah, the capital of southern Helmand province, with an investment of 40 million afghanis.
The mill in Bolan area has the capacity to produce 10 tons of cotton per hour.
The factory’s manager, Mohammad Gul Noryan told Pajhwok he invested 40 million afghanis in the plant, providing jobs to 200 people directly and indirectly.
His factory has the capacity to produce 10 tons of cotton per hour besides producing oil and soap.
