MAIMANA (Pajhwok): A 17-year-old girl has allegedly committed suicide in Andkhoi district of northern Faryab province.
Separately, in Dawlatabad district, a clash between two tribes left four persons injured, an official said on Thursday.
Information and Culture Director Maulvi Shamsuddin Mohammadi said a 17-year-old Kubra committed suicide by hanging herself to death.
He said police were investigating what prompted the girl to take the extreme step.
Earlier, a 26-year-old Najla had hanged herself due to domestic violence.
