QALA-I-NAW (Pajhwok): Residents of northwestern Badghis complain about a sluggish process of electronic ID cards issuance, but officials say they process nearly 300 applicants daily.
Jan Mohammad, a resident of Jawand district, said he came to Qala-i-Naw city about one week ago to apply for electronic ID card.
He said: “About one week ago I came here to get ID card, but the process advanced just two steps so far”.
Bismillah, another resident, also complained that he spent 10 days visiting the city to obtain electronic ID card, but his documents were yet to be processed . . .
