KABUL (Pajhwok): A number of Turkish investors have pledged to invest in Afghanistan’s airports, industrial parks and electricity generation.
Deputy Commerce and Industry Minister Maulvi Qudratullah Jamal met with Turkish investors, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) wrote on its X handle.
It said Turkish investors expressed interest in investing in reconstruction of airports, industrial parks and power generation.
Meanwhile, Jamal said contribution of Turkish businesspeople in Afghanistan trade, industry and reconstruction was essential and could lead to the development and strengthening of ties between the two countries.
