Azizi-led team off to Tatarstan to attend Kazan Forum

KABUL (Pajhwok): A delegation led by the acting minister of commerce and industry has traveled to Tatarstan to participate in an international economic meeting in Kazan.

In a statement, the MoCI said Nooruddin Azizi, leading a high-level delegation, left for Tatarstan at the official invitation of President Rustam Minnikhanov.

The 2024 Kazan Forum, the 15^th edition, aims to offer a platform for leading international economic and financial specialists from the Islamic world to strengthen ties between the countries of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the regions of the Russian Federation in economic, educational, social and cultural spheres.
