KABUL (Pajhwok): A public health centre has been constructed and commenced in the Manogi district of eastern Kunar province, a statement said on Friday.
The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) on its X handler wrote that acting Public Health Minister Mawlavi Noor Jalal Jalali inaugurated the health centre in the Lichlam area.
The project cost 23.5 million afs and built with the support of the UNHCR.
Mawlavi Jalali expressed happiness over the construction of health centre and termed it a huge achievement for the resident of the area.
Public Health Director Qari Muzafar Mukhles said that this health centre would facilitate 15,000 local residents.
