Construction of 3 roads kicks off in Farah City

FARAH CITY (Pajhwok): The construction of three roads in Farah City, the capital of western Farah province, has begun at a cost of 8 million afs, an official said on Thursday.

Farah City Mayor Mufti Sardar Mohammad Mersad said that roads are being built in three districts of Farah city at a cost of 8 million afghanis from the municipality's development budget.

He added the work included the construction of 15th road of Malang Jan, the 1st road of Nazo Ana, and the 6th district, which are being built in a basic manner.

Mersad says that these three roads are more than one kilometer long and will be completed within three months from the municipality's budget.
